Executive Vice-President

Executive Vice-President:  shall serve as the Secretary of the Corporation as defined by the Articles of Incorporation and be responsible for ensuring Board of Directors’ minutes are accurate and sign the completed minutes & recording vacancies, absences, and changes in elected or appointed positions. They will appoint and oversee all student representatives to university campus‑wide committees. This officer will assume the office of President in the event of vacancy.

Helen Martinez

Advocacy. Transparency. Communication. Team Work. Hello! My name is Helen Martinez and I am running for Vice President for the Associated Students Inc. For the past 3 years, I have served for the Residence Halls Association (RHA) Executive Board for Housing. Currently serving as President of RHA, I have been committed to honoring diversity, recognizing achievement and stimulating engagement and involvement among students. Being part of the board has allowed me to advocate for students living on campus. I would like to continue serving as liaison between students, administration, faculty and staff at a larger student body. Thank you!

Vice President of Finance

Vice President of Finance: shall serve as the chair to the finance and club allocation budget committees. This officer will serve as a special adviser to the ASI Board of Directors and work in conjunction with the Executive Director on all financial matters of the corporation.

Kristy Robles

Hello fellow students, my name is Kristy Robles and I am a 4th year student studying Business Administration, concentration in Accounting. I’ve had the honor of serving as your current ASI Vice-President of Finance, advocating for your needs and ensuring your student fees are always being invested back to your student experience here at CSUSB. If re-elected, I would like to continue to advocate for you and connect with clubs/organizations to provide funding for on campus events as well as make funding easier to understand and access. It would be an honor to continue serving you, thank you!
